We’ve been using SketchUp to design the Mouse House and it’s been going really well. We’re still developing our drawings as we go, so we don’t have anything final to share just yet, but here are some of the resources we’ve used to build our tiny house in the meantime:

We bought our trailer through Tiny Houses of Maine and it was wonderful. Ted was really helpful and friendly and even showed us the tiny houses he was working on.

We’ve been buying most of our building supplies at Jordan’s Lumber and they have been great–knowledgable, friendly, and helpful!

While our final build drawing ended up moving quite far away from this, it all started with the Moschata Design from The Small House Catalog. They have a great site full of free PDF plans and SketchUp models.
